Xcel-Arc ER70S-6 TIG Welding Rods are an Unalloyed welding rod for TIG welding of general structural steels and pipe steels. Particularly used in root and cap passes in chemical, petrochemical, water, and natural gas pipe joints safely. Suitable also welding of thin metal plates, tanks, boilers and repair welds of them. Xcel-Arc ER70S-6 TIG Welding Rods must be welded using pure Argon (Ar) shielding gas. Thin and homogeneous copper coating increases resistance to rusting.
