HOW TO USE:
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces myst be clean, sound and stable before commencing application
Surfaces must be free of sharp protuding materials, loose or de-bonded coatings, curing or release agents, wax residues, foreign particles, laitance, algae and moss, grime, oils, animal fats or grease
Structurally unsound layers and surface contaminants are to be removed by abrasive blasting, blast tracking, grinding or similar
To ensure good adhesion and successful application, it is recommended that surfaces affected by oil, petroleum, grease residues etc are to be cleaned using a biodegradable degreaser before commencing
Steel floated concrete must be treated by abrasive blasting, blast tracking or grinding, followed by water blasting to remove release agents and surface contaminants
Coverage:
Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of loose foreign matter and debris
Coverage will depend on depth and width of crack; as a guide 1 litre will cover approximately 80m length and 2mm width and 5mm depth
