This oval enamel pie dish by Falcon is perfect for those winter pies and comfort foods.
Falcon enamelware is made by fusing glass onto heavy gauge steel. This makes it durable and the surface smooth and scratch resistant. Whilst hard and strong, you can expect enamelware to chip if dropped. This will reveal the steel beneath which will naturally oxidise. The enamelware is still safe to use and you can consider the wear and tear to be part of its charm.
Falcon enamelware is free from harmful chemicals, nickel and lead.

Do not allow to boil dry
Do not use in a microwave
Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or cleaners
Soak in warm soapy water to help remove any baked on food
If baking in the enamelware, coat with a light layer of oil before cooking to help with cleaning after use
Lemon juice can be used to remove stains including tea stains
